Last updated: 13 October, 2026
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to the purchase and delivery of the Reputation Audit provided by Gentle Life Trading - FZCO, trading as Damareos, License No. 44172, Dubai Silicon Oasis, Dubai, United Arab Emirates (“Damareos”, “we”, “us”).
By booking and paying for a Reputation Audit, you (“Client”, “you”) confirm that you are purchasing the service for business or professional purposes and agree to these Terms.
1. THE SERVICE
The Reputation Audit is a standalone strategic consulting service designed to help the Client identify and understand issues or opportunities affecting their business, brand, reputation, client experience or commercial performance.
Depending on the Client’s circumstances and the issues discussed during the session, the Audit may explore areas including:
• offers, services, packages and pricing;
• positioning and differentiation;
• messaging;
• branding and brand consistency;
• website and digital experience;
• social media and marketing;
• client enquiry and onboarding;
• client experience; and
• other areas relevant to the issue being explored.
The areas covered will vary from Client to Client. The Reputation Audit is not intended to provide an exhaustive review of every aspect of the Client’s business within the 60-minute session.
Instead, the purpose of the Audit is to identify the issues and opportunities Damareos considers most relevant and help the Client understand what deserves their attention first.
2. WHAT IS INCLUDED
The Reputation Audit includes:
• a pre-booking questionnaire completed by the Client during the booking process;
• one 60-minute online Reputation Audit session;
• a recording of the session;
• meeting notes from the session; and
• a roadmap containing the key findings, recommendations, priorities and next steps identified during the Audit.
The recording, meeting notes and roadmap will normally be delivered within three business days following the Audit.
Implementation of any recommendation is not included.
3. FEE AND PAYMENT
The fee for the Reputation Audit is USD $700, payable in full at the time of booking.
A booking is not confirmed until payment has been successfully received.
If the Client books Brand Architecture or Brand Experience within 30 days of the Reputation Audit session, the full Reputation Audit fee will be credited towards that project. The credit applies only to Brand Architecture and Brand Experience. It cannot be applied to any other Damareos service, including standalone services such as website design, business naming, brand strategy, email marketing or ongoing support. The credit cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred to another person or business, or used after the 30-day period has ended.
Any future strategy, branding, website, marketing, consulting or other services will be separately scoped, quoted and contracted.
Any taxes Damareos is legally required to charge will be added where applicable.
4. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES
The Client agrees to provide complete and accurate information when completing the pre-booking questionnaire.
The Client is responsible for bringing any relevant information, links, documents or materials they would like to discuss during the session.
This may include the Client’s website, social media accounts, services, pricing, proposals, marketing materials, client documents or other information relevant to the issue being explored.
There is no requirement to submit these materials to Damareos in advance unless specifically requested.
The Client acknowledges that the quality and relevance of the Audit may depend on the information and context available during the session. Damareos is not responsible for limitations in its recommendations resulting from incomplete, inaccurate or withheld information.
5. SESSION
The Reputation Audit is conducted online and lasts up to 60 minutes.
The session is a live strategic discussion. Damareos and the Client may review relevant parts of the Client’s business together during the session, including websites, social media, services, pricing, messaging, client materials or other relevant information where useful.
The Client is responsible for attending at the scheduled time and ensuring they have a suitable internet connection and working audio/video equipment.
If the Client arrives late, the session will ordinarily still finish at the originally scheduled time.
Additional time is not guaranteed and, if agreed, may be subject to an additional fee.
6. RESCHEDULING
The Client may reschedule the Reputation Audit once without additional charge by providing at least 24 hours’ notice.
Rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the scheduled session are not permitted and the full fee will be forfeited.
Additional rescheduling requests are at Damareos’ discretion.
7. CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS
The Client may cancel the Reputation Audit and receive a refund by providing at least 24 hours’ notice, less any payment-processing fees that Damareos is unable to recover.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled session are non-refundable and the full fee will be forfeited.
Failure to attend the session without notice will be treated as a no-show and the full fee will be forfeited.
Where mandatory applicable law provides the Client with rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited, those rights will prevail over this section.
8. CANCELLATION BY DAMAREOS
If Damareos is unable to deliver the scheduled Audit, the Client will be offered the choice of:
• rescheduling the session at no additional cost; or
• receiving a full refund of the Reputation Audit fee.
Damareos will not be responsible for consequential costs or losses arising from a rescheduled or cancelled session to the extent permitted by applicable law.
9. RECORDING
The Reputation Audit will be recorded for the purpose of providing the Client with a copy of the session and preparing the meeting notes and roadmap.
By accepting these Terms, the Client consents to the recording of the session for these purposes.
The recording is intended for the Client’s internal business use and may not be publicly distributed, sold, published or used for commercial training purposes without Damareos’ prior written permission.
Damareos will not publicly publish the recording without the Client’s permission.
10. CONFIDENTIALITY
Damareos will treat non-public business information provided by the Client as confidential and will use it only as reasonably necessary to conduct and deliver the Reputation Audit.
Damareos will not disclose identifying confidential information to third parties except:
• where necessary to provide the service through relevant service providers;
• where the Client has authorised disclosure; or
• where disclosure is required by law.
Damareos may use generalised or anonymised insights arising from its work, provided those insights do not identify the Client or reveal the Client’s confidential information.
11. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The Client retains ownership of materials and intellectual property supplied or shown to Damareos.
Damareos retains ownership of its pre-existing intellectual property, including its methodologies, frameworks, processes, templates, systems, know-how and materials used in delivering the Reputation Audit.
Upon full payment, the Client may use the recommendations and Client-specific materials delivered as part of the Reputation Audit for its own internal business purposes.
The Client may not resell, reproduce for commercial distribution, license, teach or distribute Damareos’ proprietary frameworks or materials without prior written permission.
12. THIRD-PARTY PLATFORMS
The Reputation Audit may be delivered using third-party platforms and services, which may include scheduling, payment, video conferencing, CRM and file-storage software.
The Client acknowledges that these services are operated by independent third parties and may be subject to their own terms and privacy policies.
Damareos will take reasonable care when selecting and using these services but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability of third-party platforms.
13. STRATEGIC ADVICE AND CLIENT DECISIONS
The Reputation Audit provides strategic observations, opinions and recommendations based on the information available to Damareos at the time of the Audit.
Recommendations represent Damareos’ professional judgement and are not guarantees of any particular outcome.
The Client remains responsible for deciding whether and how to implement any recommendation.
Where an issue requires specialist legal, tax, accounting, financial or other regulated professional advice, the Client should obtain advice from an appropriately qualified professional.
14. NO GUARANTEE OF RESULTS
Damareos does not guarantee any particular commercial result from the Reputation Audit or implementation of its recommendations.
This includes, without limitation, guarantees regarding:
• revenue;
• profit;
• enquiries;
• client acquisition;
• pricing;
• sales;
• marketing performance;
• audience growth;
• business growth; or
• other financial or commercial outcomes.
Business results depend on numerous factors outside Damareos’ control.
15. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Damareos’ aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Reputation Audit will not exceed the amount actually paid by the Client for the Reputation Audit.
Damareos will not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, loss of profit, loss of revenue, loss of opportunity, loss of anticipated savings or losses arising from business decisions made following the Audit, to the extent such exclusions are permitted by applicable law.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such liability cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
16. COMPLETION OF ENGAGEMENT
The Reputation Audit engagement concludes when Damareos delivers the recording, meeting notes and roadmap described in Section 2.
Ongoing email support, implementation assistance, additional calls, revisions or consulting are not included unless separately agreed in writing.
If the Client wishes to engage Damareos for further work, that work will be subject to a separate scope, fee and agreement.
17. PRIVACY AND DATA
Damareos may collect and process personal and business information necessary to administer the booking, payment and delivery of the Reputation Audit.
Such information will be handled in accordance with applicable data-protection requirements and Damareos’ Privacy Policy.
18. FORCE MAJEURE
Neither party will be responsible for a failure or delay in performing its obligations where that failure results from circumstances reasonably beyond its control.
Where such circumstances affect the scheduled Audit, the parties will make reasonable efforts to reschedule the session.
19. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the applicable federal laws of the United Arab Emirates.
Subject to any mandatory applicable law, disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the Reputation Audit will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
